      You’ll need to have plenty of funds in your bank account and you’ll probably want to give them a heads up about Printify transactions so that they don’t get flagged as suspicious. You also have the ability to “fund” your wallet in Printify. This could be a great option to fund it ahead of time with a larger amount instead of separate transactions one at a time from your bank account.

    Mandy, do you have a video that shows what an order looks like on the Etsy side when it is placed, and how to get it over to printify if the skew was removed, due to customization?

    Thanks again Mandy, for another helpful video. Q. I've been re-watching your videos trying to find where you briefly mentioned about the softstyle 64000. I wanted to double-check that you were recommending it over the B+C (I've been on PC while listening and burning the candle at both ends and now starting to doubt myself that I heard you correctly). If you can answer this I'll be so grateful 😊

      Yes! I’ve had really good reviews with the 64000 (I actually have had complaints with Bella because they are longer or more narrow cut), the only down side is the limited colors available on Printify. Alternatively, also check out Comfort Colors - they are very much in demand and my customers love them. They cost more, but customers are definitely willing to pay it and you can get higher profit margins 😊

    Hi Mandy, how can I get in touch directly with Printify, I just got my first sale after 2 months and the fulfilment was taking longer than estimated so I created a request asking the reason, they did not respond and the following day at Printify the status was changed to sent to USPS but after two more days USPS still say that label was created and still waiting for item.

    What shall I do if the unsatisfied buyer has already given me a 1* review? This person didn't read the description of my product, nor did they see all the mockups, and yet they said they got something else than they ordered. I answered their issue giving my arguments that is not my fault, and they just flagged me to Etsy and gave a 1* review. After my argumentation Etsy resolved the problem by giving them money back and not charging my account, but the review still stays. I am a new seller, with 6 positive reviews and now this one...

    Hello Mandy! I need help, I received a sale for customized sweatshirts, but I need more information from the customer to proceed with the customization, the she doesn't reply, what is the best action to take in this situation?

      I would give the customer a deadline for responding for clarification, and in the message I would say that if you don't hear from them by whatever date/time you designate that you will proceed with customizing it based on exactly what they entered in the personalization box. That's typically how I handle those :)

      I would look and see if you can find an alternative provider that has the product available if it’s something like common like apparel. Otherwise send one last message in Etsy with a deadline of when they need to respond with a warning that if they don’t respond by the date/time you specify that you will need to cancel the order.

      Yes! You’ll need to do it manually and you can just send them a message in Etsy with it 😊

    If you do have a refund….You said go ahead and send the new one out to be fast to get it to the customer. Do you pay anything out of pocket? Or will Printify refund you? Also, on the “return” what address do we put …ours? Or does Printify want it back for any QC reasons or recycling? On gift messaging…I know they are going to( if they haven’t yet) start charging a small fee for those and branding, so are we able to set it up for the customer to pay IF they choose or is that something we have to figure out a price to already include it or take a loss on it?       The duplicate print would come out of your pocket, and then you ask Printify for a refund on the original. For the return address, give the customer your address so that it comes back to you and you can potentially use it for a future sale (or make a video or mockup from it). You don’t want items going back to the fulfillment center, they’ll just get donated.
      For gift messaging I wouldn’t try and charge the extra 10/15 cents. Your profit margins should be large enough to cover it (and if not - raise your prices) 🤓

    hi mandy, unfortunately i think that one of my orders is lost, if i send my customer a replacement and then i later get the refund from printify will printify give this money directly to me or the customer

      Bummer! Unfortunately it happens sometimes, but thankfully it’s an easy fix with Printify. Get the replacement to your customer and then request a refund on the first one - you will get the refund directly back to your Printify account :)

    I have another handmade shop on Etsy and I am wanting to start print on demand orbaments this season. Do I need to set up a new shop or can I put both in one shop

      You can put them under one in most cases, just make sure you have separate shipping profiles and clear policies 😊
