It's insane the Braves won the WS without Acuna, people forget (other than Braves fans) how good that dude is. And Ozzie is a legit top 2-3 second baseman in the league. Good stuff Braves good stuff

Braves won the WS with some careful trades to get Jorge Soler and Eddie Rosario who massively helped the team in playoffs. I'm glad they at least kept Rosario.

Would love to have him on this team but sadly I just don't think there's room unless Hilliard for some reason gets optioned (he has 5 years of control). Would love to get Pederson and Camilo Doval from the Giants.

I pulled up the replay and it doesn't show much more, but Grissom does finally turn his head and start to step toward Acuna (the camera then changes). Can only assume he finally acknowledged Acuna with the slapping of hands. He was probably just spaced out thinking about his upcoming at bat.
Notes from the Game:
- I would originally be worried for Kyle Wright, but seeing him leave with an Injury left me with a Pit in my Stomach. He only goes 2 Innings, Giving up 4 Runs (3 Earned), 6 Hits, Walking One and Striking Out 6. Wright is 0-1 with an ERA of 5.79 through 5 Starts this Season. It's likely an IL Stint, but I worry this could have Long-Term Implications...
+ The Bullpen actually did a Good Job despite Wright's Early Exit. 5 Pitchers Combined to Finished the Final 7 Innings, Allowing just 2 Runs on 6 Hits, Walking 1 and Striking Out 5. Not Great, but they never lost control at any point.
ROTATION TOTAL: 9 Innings, 6 Runs (5 Earned), 12 Hits, 2 Walks, 11 Strikeouts, 1 Home Run Allowed.
The Braves' Offense Came Out Swinging Early, and were Relentless on whenever the Marlins Scored!

Grissom is scared to throw the baseball. As a shortstop in the major leagues he is scared to throw it to 1st. That aiming and lobbing it easily NEVER works and will never work. I’ve known that since little league. The more you aim the more you’re gonna lob it over 1st like you consistently do. Try to throw the damn thing through Olsen and follow your throw. Someone has to have told him this right? You have to just use your mechanics as an athlete and major leaguer and just throw it. You can’t aim a baseball and throw strikes or hit the 1st baseman. You just can’t.
How many professional baseball games have you played?

You should realize you can’t aim lob the ball to first with any consistency well before you get to be a professional. Not claiming to know everything about baseball but that’s one thing you find out pretty quick.

Pillar in Left Field for the Braves has consecutively been positioned in the wrong place in the Outfield when a Right Handed Batter is up and not shifted closer to the Left Field line but way over positioned in Left Center. It's not making a whole lot of sense to be over there.
