#1, "Diner" - this narration of this story is sheer music. The author has such a great sense of the poetry of prose, and the reader's voice sings it out. I've run into it three times just this month, and it just never gets old.

If you're unsure if track B is safe, just run it empty.. if it came back then good to go, if you hear a muffled crash of fire and death then maybe don't ride that track, duh x3
I thought the same thing, I think a malfunction on the second go would have made more sense - presumably a ‘murder ride’ option would have been activated from a different place than the public control booth? What did he do? Press it then run down to watch? Also a murderous billionaire would presumably have had it filled in/bulldozed before leaving it for sale? I can suspend my disbelief or think of reasons it might have been left (his death and nobody else knowing about it) but I think it needs a re-write with a few minor changes because I really liked it and the premise but that kind of grated on me a bit.

Wow, these are all good! These are some excellent choices of Creepypastas! Normally Creepypastas are so boring because they are pretty much all the same, uninteresting and extremely predictable. But these that i have listened to so far are all good :) Bravo

So recently I had a nightmare when I was in the hospital 🏥 and I have never had one where I’ve woken up crying 😭 to be so happy that I’m here in this world and not stuck over there.... all I can say I’ve been trying to see horror movies scary stories to get myself pumped before I sleep but nothing I can’t remember my dreams no more 😟 I kept have those dream where you get the feeling of falling from really high places and those where non stop but that nightmare seriously had me scared I woke up scared hoping that it was not a dream .. and I was really in hospital. Any tips

Hey, Chilling Tales, i love this channel but what's with all the previously uploaded stories showing up in these compilations? I have listened to Mayhem Mountain and The Tulpa tree at least 3 times by accident. I usually listen while im doing dishes so its hard to skip a story I've already heard. BUT I'M NOT TRYING TO BE MEAN! I love this channel!
Bottom line: we are gearing up for the release of new material, but are also working hard to repackage older material in a way that helps us reach new listeners. There are 4 new stories each week on Horror Hill and Scary Stories Told in the Dark, and Otis Jiry is also releasing daily new stories now. G.M. Danielson and others will be added to the weekly schedule as well soon. Plenty of new material coming.
@@chillingtalesfordarknights is there a way to listen to each individual story in release date order? I’d like to work from the back catalogue up to the present - I listen to you guys every night to go to sleep so miss a lot of the later stories in a compilation and was hoping I could just go story to story from earliest to newest. These popped up on me. I'm new to this show (or whatever you call them). I've been listening to these stories for about a straight 24 hours now. I'm in love. I'm glad I've just found them. I have lots to listen to. Very good narration and superb stories. Lovely for going to sleep to. If I go to sleep I wake up and start where I feel off. This is a really nice channel. Trust I subscribed from the first listen. I like all so far. I don't think there will be one I don't like. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐! And some 💋💋💋💋
Does anyone find the ‘mid-Atlantic’ accent in the second story about Silas a bit annoying? It’s ‘olde worlde’ but has the sound of a British radio jockey doing that slightly American accent and dropping the ‘T’s’ for ‘D’s’ etc. Detracts from the vibe in my opinion. I’m new to CTFDN and have been really impressed but I’m finding that small inconsistencies can really detract from the story - most are done so well so I don’t want to just be negative, I LOVE this channel!
Is the 616 referring to the original earliest pretranslated number of the beast, (as apposed to 666) or was there another meaning I missed¿ Great job on all the tales, mayhem mountain was a thing of inspiration.
🤔 been on my fair share of coasters but something about one that switches tracks mid-ride, waaay up in the air, freaks me tf out! No exaggeration, to this day, the worst, but also most hysterical, ride I have ridden is Space Mountain, Disney Orlando. I cannot believe that ride is for kids! It was compounded by the fact that I had begged my dad to go on w my daughter and I to take advantage of the scooter he has to use from 40+ years in the military...(don’t judge me...I nev even knew the rule til they asked my dad if he was riding and explained it to us 😝 those lines were a mile long and do you know how HOT FL is!
