I’m a beginner at using a speed bag , I’m in my mid 50’s and will be using it for one of my workouts should I go a bit bigger one , and any particular weight

You mentioned the crooked bags in the start of video. I revently bought on on Amazon. Slightly crooked. Any way to fix this?

Hi pal love your videos... keep 'em coming. What do you think about arc swivels. I dont see you using them. Does the boxing crowd avoid these bible type swivels. I have been thinking about buying one. Would like your advice first.
I really respect you man. Your videos got me into boxing training. I made my own platform too using your video. It's fantastic. I think your double end bag training video's are terrific too. I got a Ringside one ( 9 ") and absolutely love using it in the way you teach it.
I also bought a Cleto Reyes mini (Red one) and it is phenomenal. Great bounce perfect balance and soft high quality leather. I have the title lightning fast and it's not as fast as the Cleto. Your thoughts on them also please...Thanks it's so great what you do for us.
Hey Mike, thank you for your kind words. I have never heard of the Arc Swivels until I read you comments. I am currently looking for them to purchase one so I can review it for you guys. I don't seem to find it anywhere. Please send me a link where I can order it from. I have not yet tried the cleto reyes speed bag but will be doing so within the next few months. I have some other videos I am working on by a different company. But will sure make one for cleto also. Great boxing gloves company for sure.
