He's playing claw, so with four fingers. Thats usually both of your thumbs and pointer fingers. The idea is so that you can run, aim, crouch/slide/jump/lay down, and shoot all at the same time. The button layout doesn't matter tbh, just whatever you're comfortable with. For example, I have my guns and hp on the bottom right, my crouch/slide/jump/lay down/ an ADS button/reload crammed into the top right corner, my ADS fire and hip fire buttons in top left.
In S1 2022, I will made my new combo that will change the tides of the sniping, AWM + Ballistic Knife and my favourite type of sniping is powerful sharpshooter, I often use high powered weapons such as HDR which can be devastating in any enemy body parts
