Lumpini looks nice and more affordable. 20k for 1 br on the smaller side but the amenities are top notch.

That's a popular building. Make sure you get the price from a lease agent. Many of the ads online are click-bait. 2 years ago I sent 20 emails on units I saw listed. I didn't get one response to see one of the 20. I got a few emails back, the 20k unit is gone but I have a 30k unit, etc.. When I finally worked with a realtor, I mentioned a unit I saw in XYZ building. The prices were 20% to 30% more than anything I saw listed on Property Scout, Faz Waz, etc.. Facebook Marketplace gives a real price

There use to be a huge seafood restaurant on 24, big enough to serve hundreds of people. They even had seafood from my neck of the woods, Maine Lobster. You would walk around and pick out what you wanted to eat, they would cook to your preference and bring to your table. I stayed at the President Park they use to do daily, weekly and monthly rates. Not sure if they still do. Nice area. Hope to return sometime soon.

I'm not sure I saw a large seafood spot. It might be a condo today. That's valuable real estate. But, plenty of Maine lobster around. I just showed it in a future video at Gourmet market

Bright looks nice 45k for 69sq mt. Not a fan of the pool but the units look great.

69m is a large unit. One thing to remember is the price to cool that large a unit. A small price to pay, but I miss my 900b power bill. 3000b is the number for my 54m unit
