I’ve been scared to bring out my natural colour for as long as I can remember and I thought due to being in lockdown for weeks on end why not become a brunette until I can do life again as the blonde bombshell I love to be.
MY PROCESS:
DAY 1
Dampen Hair and Coat hair with dye
Sit for 20 mins as directed (I think I went slightly over this)
Wash out - Blow dry
DAY 2
Round 2 of dying hair (dampen hair first)
Sat for roughly 10-15 mins this time
Wash out - Blow dry

I used the shade Mocha but have also used Platinum to keep my hair bright in between my salon visits

@@itsjustandy_1367 I never washed it off so I’m unsure about that but it did fade after 2 weeks right before I got my hair properly dyed and treated at my hairdressers
Hiya, what colour tone did it turn out? It does reflect reddish on camera but you kept it wasn't in real life. Did it look neutral or cool toned at all? or could you see the red in real life in like the sun? thanks :)
Hii! The more washes/treatments I did with the bottle the darker it got but in the light it had a lovely brown to almost reddish tint. But overall looked like a true cool mocha tone.
How many times you need to wash your hair to go back to blonde? Thanks
It started to fade around 2 weeks and I wash my hair 1-2 times a week, I think a couple more weeks and it would’ve (so between 2-5 weeks for my hair)
Sorry I don’t have an exact answer as I’ve kept my hair brown so the fading overlapped with a hair appointment to make it a bit darker, so I didn’t actually see it completely fade out
Was your blonde like in the picture? I keep hearing doing mocha on bleach blonde turns it green tint. Did yours turn green?
90% of my hair was a darker blonde but I still had my bright platinum on the ends (due to covid lockdowns the blonde grew out) but I didn't experience any green tint at all. 2-3 washes was best for me as I liked it that bit deeper in tone
Does it bleed in the shower?
I found it only did a few days later and it was hardly anything (results may vary depending on your hair)
