I loved both the black and natural as well as the white and natural pieces. I love natural wood so adding it to the white or black really makes it pop.
I think that last one would be so cool if the backing showed through as different colors (almost like a stained-glass window). You could even do a neutral theme with tan, khaki, taupe, etc. or a Christmas theme with alternating green and red with a white or gold grid over top of it. You could even make it into a tiny Advent calendar. So cool!
I watch everyone of your videos. I’ve made many of your crafts. I do craft shows and found during my first year of shows that my purely decorative items do not sell as well as my baskets, boxes made for particular purposes such as holding your keys and holders for pens, brushes, etc. I’d love to see some ideas from your crafting mind for some things like this. Thank you for your creative spark.
Bonnie, thank you so very much. I grew up helping my mom at craft shows- they are near and dear to my heart. I will definitely look into more of those items!
My favorite is the first lantern because I haven't seen anyone make onw in that shape. I'm burnt out (get it😅) on lanterns, because so many crafters were doing them. But, I really love the first one. As for the wall decor I love them both, but especially the black one. Only, I'd probably paint my design peice either gold or rose gold. Ah, decisions. That's probably why you kept yours bare so you didn't have to make a third one...lol Great show as always dear. I had fun.❤
I'm so happy to see another one of your videos. I'm a huge fan and love to work with tumbling tower blocks. It just so happens that I ordered 15 boxes.
Hi Jeanne, Well, that creative mind hit a homerun once again. Simply beautiful. I don't know how many WEEKS it took to make the wall art, but I hope you took a bathroom break. 😆Linda.
I'm literally sitting here trying to figure out how I'm going to attach your frame. I not too long ago got luxury vinyl tile and I thought it would be nice to use it as the background....I'm using a rub on transfer. Its so heavy I hope I don't have to use the backup poster board. I love the natural and white wall art. I'm thinking about doing the wall art with natural and Waverly wax on the top part. I think the natural blocks on the back let the beauty of the blocks to shine. I am so impressed with how you think and how creative and original your projects are.
@jeanneflobergmimicraft2758 I did the craziest thing I compared the blocks 3 at a time and not as a whole....so I had a few gaps so I did the sawdust you recommended....however that little glue bottle with the metal thing you once recommended I used that as well. I was sitting here thinking I've learned a lot from you....I also finished with the frame and attached it to tile.
Hi Love your video! But please tell me how many 12 squares I make to make the whole thi.g. please answer soon! So I can finish project! Thank you so much

I love the little rectangles....do you think they would work to make a room divider or would it be too heavy?

I love your humor. I know if we knew each other in the "real"😂 world, we'd be besties. ❤
Now I'm not crazy about lanterns, however, this one I actually love and would consider building.

Could you be more specific? Which project in this particular video?
The one where you make a square out of 12 blocks then glue them together. It's the one where you can have dark background or light back ground.
Also it's the one you said you need 403 blocks.
Miss you! Hope everything is ok.
so sweet to ask! posting soon 🥰
