What dear Pach you forget why CoD on PS5 is a threat to M$ currently. No CROSSPLAY! As long as all my friends are on the PS5 no one will change even if it’s on Game pass….same goes for Roblox etc…

YES. Casual games and casual gamers are the biggest threat to traditional gaming consoles and software development. Which is partly, why Microsoft has taken the initiative to buy games like Minecraft and Call of Duty. Those games ensure their success (at least in the software space) in the long run.
Whether they continue in the hardware space or not, I'm confident they will, but I think they're taking a Microsoft Surface approach to Xbox hardware into the future.
