Vijay Neelakantan founded Perumchellur Sangeetha Sabha in memory of His great grand father Sri. P. Neelakanta Iyer (Company Swamy) to promote traditional music in the region. Since then music programmes of rich quality are organized and eminent musicians across the country are taking part.
