Not sure if anyone but Tony knew what happened here. Casting the Burning Wish doesn't show in the log as casting burning wish always. In this case (you can here it brought up briefly) the log will say "Bosh n Roll casts Bosh n Roll" and if you F6 then come back all you see is this in the log followed by the Peer Cast. Which doesn't make any sense if you didn't check the exile for burning wish. Especially because you can't cast a card from hand with LED which it would appear is what happened if you didn't see the wish. Just posting this in case anyone is unfamiliar with MTGO and some of its "quirks".
Epic Gamble took the idea of "if you're playing one of something you're either really dumb or really smart" and turned it up to 11. I have no idea how you land on some of these numbers. I just know hundreds of games went into each one though. 😅
Interesting observation: I have noticed that I am more inclined to watch the entire video with the guest personalities. I like seeing the extra discourse and differing thought patterns.
At 1:24:30 Thinking about probabilities, the line of [Play LED; Gamble for Wish; Wish for Grapes; Grape Bowmaster and their face; Wish for Tendrils; Drill their face] has a 50% chance of success, because you don't care if you discard Volc or Reforge. In general, does a fresh 7 put you above 50% success? I think I heard Tony say something like that at one point. I guess, in the fail case where you discard a Wish, you still have 5 mana to reforge at the end of it, so then you'd have to know the probability of success on a fresh 7 with no mana and no land drop compared to the echo line that was taken. In spirit, I'm drawn to these decks where you can memorize certain probabilities but I am not willing to put myself under that pressure. Props to Tony and Brain for getting in the trenches.
46:36 "Empty deez nuts." This is so funny because Tony keeps his content incredibly wholesome typically. This is one of the funniest pieces of content I have ever consumed. Hilarious.
@BoshNRoll caught that later on, but commented when the round started. A magic player falls to taking action without using all available information once again!
You play them in commander. You always will have your commander on turn 1 with rograkh, and the deck is a hyper fast combo deck winning with usually thassas oracle after using peer into the abyss or ad nauseum. If you use jeskas will with a commander in play u get both modes
Your losses are forgiven, one of them was against the best deck in the format, nothing you could have done. The other loss was to a lucky rescaminator player.
I'm sorry, but are you playing with another person helping you against someone in league? Something about that strikes me as wrong. I know you are a great magic player, but I wouldn't want to pay to play against two great minds instead of one at any competition...I would be really interested to hear from others what their coping mechanism is for why this isn't actually a big deal.
"Dallas, what you think, your staff just follows you around and says 'right'"?
TonyScapone: "Right."
"I don't understand, how can you peer into the abyss?"
I stare really really hard.

Tony pack, Scapone if you got em
“Legitimate to stunt more” is a great one-liner
Having seen the miracles list Callum shared on Twitter, letting it rip in R2 G1 was heartbreaking haha
Scoreboard! We won that game.

Dudes just got the gift of gab lol
And a ton of hard brewing work over the years

Two of my favorite magic creators in one video. So dope. Pillars of gameplay and deckbuilding in the current era.
Tony plays mtg like it’s science and I play mtg like I’m fingerpainting
Bosh is seriously the BEST legacy creator on the Tube. Everyone, like this video, let’s help this dude eat good! Bosh em if ya got em
i love round 2 being part storm, part cracking jokes about callum
Haha Tony is awesome, love the commentary.

It'd be cool if Tony was on the Eternal Glory panel
He has his own pod!

The storm wizard inside of me wants to overload you guys with storm gods 🫠
I love these collab videos
I've said this before but I'm always disappointed when TonyScapone sounds like a regular guy and not an old timey mafiosa

20:18 "thats what i would have done as well, if unsupervised" lmao
Hi, IronBars121!
"Played that perfectly" 🤣
Great colab.
BOSH FINALLY CAST HORN
Tony made me! It doesn’t count 😡
Lol, I got confused at the title and thought this was an @epicstorm video
Look at me. I’m The EPIC Storm now.
1:20 you cannot imagine the look my fiancee gave me hearing that
Epic frog storm is in the brew tank
If you love birgi, I request you try out elsha of the infinite in cEDH. Good stuff from her all the time!
CloutboatRanger is Callum Smith? I thought they went by the screen name WhiteFaces (stylized in some capacity)?
We made a joke in the video about him changing his name because it had potentially racist interpretations.
@BoshNRoll caught that later on, but commented when the round started. A magic player falls to taking action without using all available information once again!
Fun match nerds. I had the Wrath game one from the beginning but couldn't find the second W source from the Ponder and Brainsurge 🫠 - Callum
10:44 ...I eventually figured out what Rograkh and Silas were, but even then I have no idea how that would make Jeska's Will both modes...

@@L1ttleWarrior13 Oh wow, I had no idea it had that commander function. I'm so used to not looking at commander stuff that it was invisible to me.
The storm deck with 13 0-cost artifacts being a home for Vexing Bauble just doesn't seem right.
Bauble is such a low commitment though. 1 mana and it's gone and you might even end up better with the card you draw.
@@RiKSh4w True, it clearly works pretty well for what it does in this deck, but this is definitely not how R&D _wanted_ it to be used.

There was a 0.0001% chance that you could have won game 4 round 7
Collab video good 👍
Please play The Epic Ruby!! ❤
LETS GO
GAMBA
Hi IronBars121
bosh pack smoke em if you got em
let's freaking gooooooo
Storm deck video that goes to 2 hours? I can already tell the league doesn't go well...
Man, some absolutely rotten luck this league
