The crown finial is standard for almost all British infantry regimental colours, especially those of Guards Division. Notice the Union Jack on this particular scarlet colour? Those are the King's Colours of those additional battalions of the Guards infantry regiments. Scarlet facings are the official senior colours of these units with the Union Jack as their regimental colours - the reverse of the regular formations.
Let's not forget those bearskin they wear are heavy as hell and on a hot day must be very differcult for them to march , so in my opinion they were excellent . 😊
This is not a drill team. These are warriors doing their best to honor their regiments and for King and country. Having managed several Marine
Corps FMF parades and observed many 8th and I evening and Iwo Jima parades you can always find something wrong - except for professional drill teams including China’s military parades (practice is all they do) while Foot Guards are real soldiers. Also British command voice techniques are different and sound high pitched to us but it’s their way. Cut some slack please.
What a load of garbage. You only watched fir a couple minutes and didn't see how I appreciated the efforts. I will never "cut slack", this is their job, it's been their job for weeks.
