How come this song is free to use at Facebook but Copyrighted and cannot be monetized at UA-cam?
because it being free to use on Meta does not mean it does not have an owner.

@TonyDarkEyes, yes I do understand all music have owners/ creators. In fact all contents do have owners as I own my video content and you own your music track. We mutually share Copyright if you offer your music content to be used in our derivative work, it all depends on licensing agreement where our both ends meet. If you claim full monetization to our video then you are also depriving us the right to our own original video content. Our video is not all about your music but our ideas that we share. Music is just a small fraction of our videos so please don't mislead content creators that your music is "Copyright Free" when you are not waiving your copyright and still collecting royalties. You don't even have licensing procedure in your video info so I just copied the meta licensing caption to include your attribution in my video info. You should also take down that UA-cam copy of "Miami" with misleading title as "Copyright Free Music" so we content creators could avoid using this track in our videos. I've used similar free tracks from UA-cam's Audio Library being claimed years later due to change in license policy when their agreement with UA-cam expires. This ever changing music creators' policy is the reason why I don't trust so-called "Copyright Free" labeled music. Imagine a video which already gathered more than 100k views after 2 years and then all of a sudden being randomly flagged for Copyright claim.
I have observed new independent music producers offering their tracks for free as their promotion tactics for their products. Then later claim them back when they become popular. I hope this is not what you're doing, because I've been using this music track along with other free music here at UA-cam for quite sometime now only to be recalled and claimed after it gained considerable number of views. And the only viable option is to replace music, killing all live event emcee voice and announcements, as well as voice narrations of documentaries and tutorial videos. So in my opinion you must warn people against using your music tracks without purchasing a license if you intend to make profits out of them rather than creating a general impression that your music is Copyright-Free in any platform by making it free to use on Facebook reels.
My brother, this music is license free in META, not everywhere. If you try to monetize this song outside of Facebook and Instagram, you will get a claim by them for sure.
@@tonydarkeyes thanks for clearing this out. I have been using Meta license free music for both Facebook and UA-cam and it seems of all the license free music I used this "Miami" sound track was the only one being claimed Copyright at UA-cam. The rest I don't have problems with. Even tracks from UA-cam audio library I could simultaneously upload at Facebook without problems. You see, I've been using license free music for ramp modeling fashion show videos replacing the live ambient music from events with the best license free music I could find. But it's tiresome to reedit Facebook videos just to replace a different music background for UA-cam upload because I also match the beat of each catwalk and timelines (similar to film scoring), and sometimes add voice over. It's very time consuming to edit all over again and replace music on the same video just to make 2 separate copies for Facebook and UA-cam. Rendering the same video twice just to replace music takes time, each takes several hours to create a single mp4 files.

This was my basis why I used "Miami" in my UA-cam video copy because this video link yield my search. Before I upload to UA-cam I check respective licenses first. If it's not indicated in the video title that this music is "Copyright Free" then I could've avoided this one.
