Regardless of the quality of education every child must be given opportunity to go to school, then start improving the system. The same teacher really can get their weak points in each subject.In my opinion,Teacher must be polite to student and He/she can teach them by playing with them.Only class teaching method could not be sufficient for each student to learn from them much...Providing education is like a tree which needs watering... We can't do that. Our problems are other then that. Our big problem is our population. There is no comparison between 5.5 million and 227 million peoples. Then, we need funds, budgets, which we don't have. Even American can't do that.

I live in Finland and my kids go to Finnish school. I by myself has done PhD from Finnish university. What you are saying is true but only for lower classes in Finland. Higher classes follow a more traditional approach of education as it is all across the world.

In Pakistan the education institutions are imposing military discipline on student. The syllabus is out dated and most of the teachers in Government schools are narrow minded themselves so they restrict their student to think out of the box. So in my opinion it would be quite difficult to adopt Finland education model in coming 20 to 30 years unless sincere leaders are in Power.
Im teaching in a GEMS school of Dubai, we are following the same procedure, but we have GCSE curriculum. I am longing for this to be applied in Pakistan.

Very impressive! They are actually honest in their work that's why they keep updating every system, on other hand we Pakistanis n many other Asian nationals r always Happy with old British system, we never care about any kind of change,betterment, innovation etc..we need to copy ths Finnish system.

I live in Finland and my kids go to Finnish school. I by myself has done PhD from Finnish university. What you are saying is true but only for lower classes in Finland. Higher classes follow a more traditional approach of education as it is all across the world.

بہت عمدہ ویڈیو ہے ماشاءاللہ! البتہ ایک دو چیزیں ذہن میں آ رہی ہے۔ چند دن پہلے ہی میں نے کہیں سے پڑھا تھا کہ پانچ سال کی عمر تک آپ بچوں کو تین زبانیں آسانی سے پڑھا اور سکھا سکتے ہیں۔ تو اگر بچہ سات سال کی عمر میں سکول جائے گا تو کیا زبانیں سیکھنے کی صلاحیت میں کمی نہیں آ چکی ہو گی؟ گھر سے سیکھنا تو بہت ہی عمدہ بات ہے مگر آج کل تو ماحول ہی نہیں کہ کوئی اپنے بچوں کو کچھ سکھائے۔ لوگ کھانا کھانے تک کی تمیز بچوں کو نہیں سکھاتے وہ بھی ٹیچرز سکھا رہی ہوتی ہیں سکول میں۔ اور ہمارے جیسے غریب ملکوں میں یونیفارم غریبوں کی عزت نفس بچانے کی خاطر ہوتا ہے۔ میں خود ٹیچر ہوں اور اس بات کی شاہد ہوں کہ کئی والدین جو شوق سے مہنگے پرائیویٹ سکول میں اپنے بچے داخل کروا لیتے ہیں وہ سکول کے پہلے تین سال بہت مشکل کا شکار رہتے ہیں کیونکہ یونیفارم نہیں ہوتا پہلی تین کلاسوں میں۔ روز بچوں کو اچھے کپڑے پہنا کر بھیجنا پڑتا ہے۔ ہر ہفتے کلر ڈے ہوتا ہے اور اسی رنگ کا لباس لازمی پہنانا ہوتا ہے چاہے ہاتھوں پر نیا خریدیں۔ اگر ایسا نہ کر پائیں تو آپ کے بچے احساس کمتری کا شکار ہونے لگتے ہیں۔ میں خود اس مرحلے سے گزری ہوں سو میرے خیال میں یونیفارم چاہے مناسب چیز نہیں بھی پھر بھی ہمارے ملک میں ہونا چاہیے۔ باقی ایجوکیشن سسٹم تو ہمارا ایسا ہے کہ دل چاہتا ہے بچوں کے بستوں کو اور سکول کو آگ لگا کر کہیں بھاگ جاؤ۔ سکول کے اور جیل کے رولز دیکھیں، بالکل ایک جیسے ہیں۔

In Pakistan the education institutions are imposing military discipline on student. The syllabus is out dated and most of the teachers in Government schools are narrow minded themselves so they restrict their student to think out of the box. So in my opinion it would be quite difficult to adopt Finland education model in coming 20 to 30 years unless sincere leaders are in Power.

I also think that the meal should be provided at School because Starvation is the major cause of a student's lack of focus and weaknesses. But Unfortunately Schools are only taking fees, their major concern is to increase their fees rather than improving themselves they call us misbehavior.
