I have been suffering with mental health issues for over 20yrs now, back when it 1st started there was a lot of stigma attached to mental health, especially in men. It's great to see an influencer like yourself to talk openly about it, and hopefully it will make men realise that it isn't a taboo subject any more.

For me, I struggle with mental health due to a porn addiction/fap addiction, I went 293 days on NoFap but still was viewing porn, I usually am relapsing now once every 3-4 days. It’s frustrating I just want to stop, I’ve came to religion for assistance and it has helped but it has taken awhile to take its full affect, I’ve done prett much everything there is to avoid porn and masturbation but man is it tough. It must be spoken about more in the mental health and make community because porn addiction and masturbation addiction is for real

I love how you brought up mental health. I just got dumped by my girlfriend after supporting her through 4 months of rehab. I have been to rehab myself and am 6 years sober and I was the only one that supported her during her journey of sobriety and the day she got out she met up with another guy and left me after 4 months of support. We kings needs to stick together and know that we have each others backs. I love your channel so much because you do what you love and don't let anything get in your way. You are an inspiration for everyone to never let anyone stand in the way of your dreams. Thank you so much Brodie for always being there for all of us men and lifting our spirits. Love you mate!

Thank you for pointing out mental health in this video as I've been struggling battling my own mind, and these videos just make me happy because I know some day I'm gonna be out there boating across the great aussie blue sea with my mate and living my life like I've always wanted it.. free from distraction and stress and all that, at this point I've been looking to nature to help and guide me and this channel has proved my true love for nature I really care not for girls or parties and my mind goes crazy when I'm in the city and around a bunch of people I just can't take it, I also saw that tent video and the stars were so beautiful, I'm ranting but I truly love to explore, space has always been so beautiful to me, and the thought of witnessing it every night out there is a dream come true it's really all I've ever wanted. So to conclude this from the bottom of our hearts you make our lives a little better each day with a new video, thank you.
Just started on antidepressants 2 weeks ago 😔. Struggled for years with anxiety/depression majority of my life (now 29). Tried everything and nothing ever worked, had a mental breakdown almost 3 weeks ago and decided enough was enough and got help. It's been so hard, especially with two little young ones. They give me strength and courage when i feel like i'm all out.
To anyone struggling, never give up and seek help. The hardest thing is admitting you need help and seeking it, but you will feel like a weight has been lifted when you do.
Lots of love to anyone experiencing mental health issues, it's nothing to be ashamed of and it can only get better ❤

i hope you are aware that antidepressants are not to use for a long time. It's just a mean to an end. If you use it for too long (without psy supervision) you will change and become emotionless. It's realy important for your kids not to take it for too long. Wish you the best.

How I watch an episode of YBS.. I'm blown away in the first minute. Pause the video to smash that like button. Quickly read thru some comments. Restart the video until something moves me emotionally and hits me in the stomach. Pause video again to reflect and read thru comments. And repeat this process. I love and moved by his content. I've never been so scared of my brain before. The last couple of years have really turned me into someone who is scared of themself. I try every day to keep moving forward, but any set back just ruins it. I got in a car crash last week. Lost my car, injured my belly, and had a nice officer who was very understanding and nice. Each day I wake up scared of what the day brings.

I suffer from chronic pain and ptsd from abuse when I was younger and I struggle every day

Being a dad myself I can't imagine what you are going through. The only thing I could offer you is to talk to someone, I went through some bad stuff a few years back and I found talking to someone really does help. Things do get better!

We are so happy and so proud of you for letting that giant old crayfish go back home to his underwater spot! My husband and I have been watching you for about a year and enjoy your videos. The Beautiful scenery and your love for the ocean is awesome to see! We live in Florida and love the ocean. We fish and lobster and like you, we don’t take more than we need. Now that I have grand children we teach them to respect the ocean and enjoy responsible fishing. They love camping and enjoying nature.
