In this episode, join me for a quick morning Redfin fishing session on Lake Eppalock as I also attempt to chase down a Golden Perch/Yella Belly while providing some tips for Redfin Fishing along the way. It's a beautiful winter morning, albeit with a cold start, but I'm greeted by a fabulous sunrise that warms the scene. Despite my efforts, luck eludes me from pursuing the yellow belly. Consequently, I shift my focus towards capturing some winter Redfin/English Perch.
I begin casting various lures after pinpointing a promising school using the Lowrance Active Target. My perseverance pays off, with over 60 Redfin catches. Throughout the video, I share many tips and tricks I employ when targeting Redfin during the winter season. Additionally, you'll be treated to captivating drone footage captured by the trusty DJI MINI 3 Pro.

Hey mate was out there today had a real hard time finding anything! Got any tips on fishing for Redfin at lake Eppalock? Also I don’t have live scope and have just started using an electric motor ! Thanks mate love your content !!!
Hey mate, yes can be difficult. My advice at this time of year and trolling in water between 4 to 6 metres of water until you have a hook up then using the electric to anchor on the spot and casting wieghted lures inlcuding swicth blades and sinking vibes. Areas to focus on is between Kimbolton and McIvor Bay. Thanks again for supporting the channel.
