Hi bro, we have configured AD connect on member server for particular OU with security group, status showing success but not syncing users to Azure portal & O365, onprem domain & O365 domain both are same, please help.
suppose if any on premise server joined as hybrid AD and one of the user account newly created in azure ad not on premise AD, is it possible to perform actions like taking RDP of that hybrid AD joined machine or to control any applications installed over this system.

In a hybrid AD environment where a server is joined to both on-premise AD and Azure AD, it is possible to perform actions like taking RDP of the machine and controlling applications installed on it even if the user account is only created in Azure AD and not on-premise AD. When a user logs in to the machine using their Azure AD credentials, they can then access resources and applications on the machine that are available to them. It's important to ensure that proper access controls and permissions are set up to ensure that users can only access what they are allowed to access. I hope this helps clarify things for you.
