      Agar aapko direct chashni mein besan Nahin add karna hai to aap Kya Karen half cup ghee melt karke le le aur usmein besan ko acchi tarike se mix Karen lekin jab aap ghi ko garm karen to ekadam se garm garm ghi mein besan na add Karen pahle ghi ko Thanda hone de uske bad hi usmein besan add Karen uske bad use besan ko aap chashni mein dalen aur har thodi thodi der mein garm kiya hua ghi besan aur chashni mein dalte rahe aap ek kam kariye video pura watch kariye uske bad aapko acchi tarike se samajh mein aaega agar koi bhi doubt hai to dobara se comment Karen

      आप का धन्यवाद आप ने कमेंट किया,,,चाशनी में भी बेसन घोल सकते है लकिन उबलते हुवी चाशनी में अगर हम बेसन डालते हे तो बेसन की गुठलिया बनती है,पर अगर हम चाशनी वाले फ्लेम को बंद करके चाशनी को ५ से ७ मिंट ठंडा होने दे और फिर बेसन चाशनी में डाले फिर बेसन को चाशनी में तब तक हिलाते रहे जब तक की बेसन की स्मूथ कंसिस्टेंसी न हो जाए और फिर गैस की फ्लेम को चालू कर दे ,,,शार्ट वीडियो में पूरी जानकारी देना थोड़ा मुश्किल हो जाता है लकिन अगर आप detail वीडियो देखो तो उस में आप को पूरी जानकारी मिल जाती है,,मैने मैसूर पाक की जो डिटेल वीडियो बनाई है ,,ये उसमे सारी बातें क्लियर बताई हे तो एक बार आप डिटेल वीडियो ज़रूर देखो कमेंट सेक्शन में लिंक है thank you for your lovely comments😊

      Chini ki jagah per aap gud ka istemal bhi kar sakte hain lekin gud ki powder istemal aapko karni hai.... Lekin Mysore pak ka jo test hai vah aapko market jaisa Nahin aaega vah test gud ka test thoda sa alag ho jaega

      Ji agar aap refind oil ka istemal nahin karna chahte hain to sirf ghee ka istemal bhi kar sakte hain lekin jab Ham ghi se koi mithaai banate hain to jab vah mithaai Puri tarike se thandi Hoti Hai To ghi ki ek parat si mithaai ke upar jamti hai lekin jab Ham Mysore pak banane ke liye ghi aur oil ka istemal karte Hain To iska jo balance banaa rahata hai jisse ki mithaai puri tarike se thandi Ho jaane ke bad bhi uske upar ghi ki parat Nahin dikhai deti Hai Lekin yah Puri tarike se aapke upar depend karta hai ki aap oil ka istemal karna chahte hain ya nahin karna chahte hain agar aap Puri tarike se ghi mein banana chahte Hain To aap ghee Mai bhi banaa sakte hain 👍👍😊❤️❤️ thank you for your lovely comment

      Vo actually जल्दी-जल्दी Baji mein bolna pada na to isiliye vah galti se maine bola ki besan ko ghi mein ghol dijiye lekin aapane dekha hoga ki Maine besan ko chashni mein dala hai lekin jab aap besan ko chashni mein dalte hain tab aapko gas ke flame ko band kar dena hai taki chashni thodi si thandi Ho jaaye aur uske bad aapko usmein besan dalna hai aur acchi tarike se mix Karna Hai jab Puri tarike se chashni aur besan mix Ho jaaye usmein bilkul bhi guthali Na rahe uske bad aapko गरम-गरम ghee usmein dalte rahana Hai jab tak ki Mysore pak ka mishran jalidar Na Ho jaaye to is chij ko aapko Dhyan rakhna hai main aapko ek chij aur suggest karungi Maine Mysore pak ka detail video bhi banaya hai to aap mere channel per jakar detail video bhi dekh sakte hain

    sorry! this is not the perfect way to make Mysore pak.. always roast the besan in medium flame till aroma... then make one string sugar syrup....on low flame add besan and mix without lumps... beside heat the ghee and keep aside, while stiring the besan mixture add ghee and mix the mixture until ghee gets absorbed... so u should add ghee in four batches and mix till ghee absorbs... (stop adding elachi.. becoz... roasted besan and Desi ghee have very good aroma, so elachi will dominate this aroma and taste as well), now transfer this mixture on greased container... please note the mixture will be in smooth texture... and not foamy... (u get foamy texture becoz... of adding oil) and some disgusting so called Halwai even add Dalda.. yuk! so now cover the mixture with cloth just like kalakand procedure.... so u can see different color formed the lighter in upper portion and darker in bottom... because ghee gets settled below....now after covering for 8 to 10 mins.... cut them into pieces and now without covering rest them till it cools down... Now u r ready serve the Authentic Mysorepak.. reminder: the sweet should not be in biteing proportion it simply should mellllllltttttt in your mouth... Try this once. and I am from Karnataka( Mysore) and making this sweet for all occasion at my home for 30 years... Sorry! if u felt bad.
