I've tried watching all the different kpop artists, old and new, and no one comes close to j-hope. His ease of movement, precision, extension, body line, balance, core strength, foot placement and angles, flexibility, shoulders usage, interpretation of the songs and lyrics/musicality, and his facial expressions are incredible. He really excels when in the center and when he's not in the center he knows to step back and let that person shine. Humble King. Anybody who disagrees needs to compare focus camera videos. He is really smart about his movements so that he can have fun, energize the crowd, and can perform multiple concerts while avoiding major injuries. He doesn't whip his head or neck excessively for effect. He doesn't bend forward or arch his back overdramatically. You can tell that he's been training dance for decades. This man is a master at his craft yet he's always adapting and upgrading his skills. He's widely respected in the dance community. Freestyling Hoseok is especially amazing. Hope on the Street is so cool to watch. Can't wait to see what he has in store for us in the future.

Some dancers try to hard and look jerky when they dance. They push their movements and think it makes them look good, but it looks just the opposite. J-Hope makes everything look effortless and natural. This is why he will always outshine the others. His movements are very fluid and flowing. This is why we enjoy watching him. I'm impressed, since being a fan of k-pop since '09 I can say J-hope's musicality when freestyling is unmatched, the different variations he pulls off in any song he dances to are insane, he makes use of every part of his body by getting low to floor feeling what he can do with down there then he dances his way to the ceiling. He reminds me of Les Twins the way he's able to dance according to the vibe of a song and it's lyrics, he doesn't just stand in one spot waving his arms around and moving his legs, but he moves everything from head to toe with different variations. He's a genius at dance as well as his facial expressions, dance king indeed.

I'm impressed, since being a fan of k-pop since '09 I can say J-hope's musicality when freestyling is unmatched, the different variations he pulls off in any song he dances to are insane, he makes use of every part of his body by getting low to floor feeling what he can do with down there then he dances his way to the ceiling. He reminds me of Les Twins the way he's able to dance according to the vibe of a song and it's lyrics, he doesn't just stand in one spot waving his arms around and moving his legs, but he moves everything from head to toe with different variations. He's a genius at dance as well as his facial expressions, dance king indeed.
