Yes u can change the exhaust to go from quiet to loud it’s electric cut offs been around for many years and not to expensive and can be added to any exhaust system can be stock quiet or some what loud or extremely loud

Look up the LT4 engine specs and then realize all of that comes with factory level reliability and a warranty if you don’t touch shit. Not everybody has the time or resources to turn a L86/L92 into a LT4. It’s not all about matching power output numbers.
Or you look up a Florida auto auction get a Ferrari and a Lamborghini truck for under 100,000 with Flood damage take 20,000 to repair them both to end up with 2 vehicles worth over 300,000
