Thanks everyone for the comments! That annoying coin sound has been taken out of the video that's on my website. Also there you'll find a Poker Table Supplies List and Step by Step PDF's that you can down load for free. Here's the link www.chillie.info/professionalpokertablewithshuffler
I actually really like the table and I think you did a great job on it. The only thing I think I would have changed was instead of angling the LEDs to the inside of the table I would have installed them at the top of the ribs angled downwards with some reflective tape or something else reflective inside for the light to bounce and spread around. That way your white panel would glow a full color instead of seeing the LED's being the paneling. All in all, it's still an awesome build.
That's a great idea! Someone else also mentioned a diffuser panel. If you don't want to dim or change the color of they lights, you can use 360 LED rope lights which provide an even glow throughout the rope. That with a diffuser panel should give a uniform light.
Awesome build. Great finished product. Only thing i would add is a slight padding under the speed cloth to make cards even easier to pick up. And maybe add extra glue to the LEDs because they always peel eventually.
Really cool! I’m a big fan of No drinks on the table, but I really like the slide in drink holders! That way it doesn’t take up space on the rail & you can move them to what’s comfortable for the individual! I like the shuffler. Lights are a good addition!
I prefer no drinks on the table as well. But having an option is nice. The lights are a must for helping see the cards better. On my next table I'm adding charging outlets for people's phone. Hope to have that video done by end of September..

Really love the video and how detailed you did the step by step to the final product. I think the best part of everything is the list of materials/price used in the description. Been looking at doing something like this myself and I think this was what I needed to get started. Wonderful video overall
Great job! You’ve proved the best poker table with the best explanations along the way. I like the shuffler. Hadn’t thought about that and now I’m including one in mine. I’ve been planning to make one myself for the neighborhood game, thanks so much.
Thank you so much for watching and commenting! The shuffler is a nice touch to a home game. Have fun on your boat. If you have any questions, just shoot me a message. Good luck at the tables!
I’ve been building tables for 10+ years, I’ve never done one with a raised rail. Maybe I’ll try after I get through some of my other ideas. This does motivate me to put my work on film and post it here. I can easily see this table going for $3-5k and if you are patient, you can source your materials for way cheaper. Overall, superb job and a brilliant finished product.
Thanks so much for the positive comments! I agree this can be built way cheaper if you are patient and look for deals. You should start a UA-cam channel and help others with your knowledge. That's the reason I started mine. I've done tons of projects and never filmed them until recently.
let's start to deal punk! love the outfit of the puppy! No Win, No Eat? What?! LOL. Really great build and you basically proved how much effort it takes to build a pro poker table.
It's a fun project and so rewarding when you're finished! The shuffler does double the cost of the table. It's worth it when you don't have to shuffle and no one can set the deck.
I built this for my friend. She runs the game like a professional, has food and drinks, no rake, and everyone is really friendly. The table was a surprise upgrade for her players.
Very nice table, and great detailed instructions. The only change I would have made is to make the dealer cutout a bit deeper, but that's just a tiny detail. Great work!
awesome video! i have a suggestion, it looks like there wasn’t much room between the lights and the plexiglass but if you could’ve found some sort of thin light diffuser to put on the lights it would probably make it look a lot better instead of being able to see each individual led!
Nice build. You would have found cutting the chamfer on the underside of the shuffler much easier with a 45 degree bearing cutting in a router. I actually reckon it would have taken you about 5 minute to cut and it would have given a really clean consistent cut, they only cost about £15 here in the UK so maybe something like 20 bucks for you guys, very versatile too. Great work.
@@ChilliesWorld no worries, you can even do it on the cheap some thicker white paper can do the same thing but a strip of 1 or 2 mm white plexi will do the job
Built one EXTREMELY similar a few years ago. Only I made mine 10 feet long using multiple sheets of plywood. (It's huge) I couldn't figure out how to do the plexiglass on the raised rail, so my LEDS are just under the rail pointing down, with white trim backing so they reflect. Still looks great.
Thank you for the positive comments! Players comment it's loud, but also say you get used to it after awhile. It's a small price to pay to not have to shuffle.

@justincolwell4856 the yellow mustard fabric, was used to hide the thin wood, as well as to make it easier to slide the cupholders in and out between the two pieces of fabric. I don’t see why you couldn’t skip this part and just paint the thin wood. That should work as well, and save some time on the build.

I wanted to make sure it was long enough and the extra was installed on the inside of the wooden frame under the table
