On Dr Rock and the Riff Reactor if you hit in the lit up box it will add to that columns multi. The multipliers multiply each other. So if you hit to the 4th reel and have all 3x up top it's 3x3x3x3=81x your win. As you can imagine you can get 1000+ multi pretty easily
