Question:
How many percent does our laptop get from low battery for the powerbank to run out of juice from 100%? The capacity is rather small for a laptop powerbank. My laptop's battery is 50wh or about 13k-ish mAh

I am using Anker prime 250 watt 27650mah power bank its bluetooth features are more than this power bank bluetooth feature and very good all works.
