Wow, you've got some big races out there. The race market here is also pretty strong as well. I've run a few cross country races like that but its been a while and I prefer road races. I love your finishing kick on your race too Ryan. You looked like you were gassed and all of the sudden you took charge and passed a bunch of people. Nice work! Good to see Connor out there as well. Love Bakewell's but i've found blackcurrant sundeae tarts at the co-op which are currently maintaining my child bearing hips! Well done both, cross country is a completely different animal. Tried it once, didn't finish. Great video as always
