"Being there with her when it happened, you're never gonna get over it. But you'll get used to it. Just let yourself feel what you need to feel, even if it hurts."
One of my Favorite scenes on The OC....The Cohen Family plus Summer letting Ryan know how important he was in their lives & that without him things would be awhole lot different. They definitley help him to become a better kid & man, but Ryan was glue of this family bottom line. Which u seen in this comic book. Great Scene!
One thing i don't get is Seth still working on the series since in season 2 didn't Zack and Seth get into a fight and Zack ultimately was the one to work on the comic
lmao you never got context but basically, the blonde/bruised up guy after losing his first love in a car accident decides to turn away from the family that adopted him and cared for him and this scene is them trying to get him to come back home by explaining how important he is to them and the impact he made on them
marissa never grew up... she always whined... she din't grow like the other characters... so her passing to me wsn't OMG... but i get how the characters here took it.. and needed to move past it.. i jsut wish marissa grew more as a character for me to feel something for her.
Seth was just as immature except he didn’t have to face 1/10th of the things Marissa went through. None of the characters did in-fact not even close. Only Ryan. That’s why they connected. I don’t know how you can’t feel empathy for her and all the things she went through. The Writers never gave Marissa proper development even if they did they destroyed it in Season 3. But yeah you can how different the show is without her. Not the same show. Which is why it was shut down.
The song is simply part of a score that was done for the show. You can check out this channel here, it has a bunch of score music from the show: ua-cam.com/users/TheOCscorevideos However, I don't think this particular score is in the videos. If anything, you'd have to record the music yourself using the built in stereo mix with Audacity.
Sandy handled Ryan’s grief & Marissa’s death like a pro
He was a professional death handler, what do you expect

I think It's safe to say we all wished Sandy was our dad lol
Katy M Johnson porteus
Katy M the actor playing him seems pretty lovely too.
He played a more real convincing scumbag in Mr. Deeds.

Hollywood Hicks a great scene and so honestly played. I wish it had lasted four more years! Nice finale, though

Let yourself feel what you need to feel - Sandy Cohen
Ryan was never the same after Marrisa died and neither was the O.C
oh jesus i cant watch this one time without crying.. 😢
will forever be sad that ryan & marissa didn't get their happy ending. i know it's just a show but it still hurts :'(
