- On the first day of the B.C. election campaign, John Rustad, leader of the BC Conservatives says he sees Vancouver Island as a place the party can potentially pick up seats.
I support the Conservatives!!!
John Rustad and Conservative’s for B.C.
My fiance& I went to see Mr Rustad speak in Sechelt a couple weeks ago. Always want to listen to all parties, and i have voted ndp, liberal and conservative in my lifetime.
Depends who has the best support plans while being accountable and spending within budgets so our children don't become debt slaves in future years.
Both of us were impressed at how positive he spoke.
Offering real, well thought out policies and solutions.
He allowed a good number of questions, and his broad experience was pleasantly surprising.
He didn't dodge a single question unlike most politicians these days.
He's extremely interested in helping citizens, not special interest.
Willing to adopt some of what makes the EU gov pay health care so strong, assist small business, promote private home building.
He earned our support.
It’s all lies no matter who is talking.
Rustad is dangerous and ideological. The BC Conservatives are ideological loons. Hopefully they preform horribly.
Im on the island, and you have my vote!
The NDP has turned our Island into a crackhead Valhalla. Time for change.
Excellent comment! 🎯
Yea blue wave!
Surprisingly unbiased coverage by Chek news....
@@MakingGains- The media is still leftist.
It's shocking indeed. Maybe they're waking up?!
Conservatives all the way!
Premier Rustad
Time for a change
Change is in the air!!!! I see blue and it’s glorious
Support conservative, vote crazy NDP hard drugs and crime issues
Go John ....100,000 more government workers no improvement for us British Columbians but good for Victoria.
The flakes are freakin
Lmao! Nice.
There have been so many federal and provincial Conservative rallies at Black Creek Estate Winery, it's hard to believe there's not some kind of back-room deal. Would be curious to know why both parties are always going to the same host.

What does this mean?
Boy, can't tell tha Rob shaw is going to vote Common nonsense this Oct.
This reporter should be fired, he’s not reporting, he’s a conservative propagandist. “He told what he will do, cut wait times (no plan), improve housing (no plan), and blah blah…no plan, just got air.
Don’t want the cons here.
This guy would be pure hell on the environment, not getting my vote.
Do you see the NDP stopping raw log exports?
@@Dbodell8000 I'm not happy with NDP forestry policy either, it's about choosing the least shi$$y option. Rustad is largely responsible for entrenching the massive amount of log exports to China from when he was forestry minister under the Liberals. He has even worse in store for the environment if elected, no thanks.
@@georgej7077 That is my concern with the Conservatives too.. But Gosh the NDP needs to come back more to center.
@@Dbodell8000 Agreed, God help us.
Conservative Spin Doctors 🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮
