thanks for uploading this. completely forgot about kablam until it showed up on nickelodeons throwback block late at night last weekend. unfortunately , in my opinion, most of it doesn't hold up that good. my favorite part of the shows were when these two were doing the in-between-shorts stuff. found it kinda funny. this was honestly better than all the episodes i re-watched. @@cartooncentral263 I think he refeer to the fact they left the wacky cómic like style of kablam (the nick staple of the 90) for a little more grounded sitcom with some songs (the disney channel stereotype), seeing henry and june as fictiinal actors.
The plan was for it to do so. It aired after the third season (originally intended to be the last one) in summer 1999, but since the spin-off attempt failed, they quickly put together a fourth season in late 1999/early 2000 before Nickelodeon canceled the show.
i think the problem is that this show is a bit too generic, the jokes are still great and the style is close to what a little kid would do, but the story doesnt really show anything too special about the world, and taking into acount that they had ren and stimpy, rockos modern life, the rugrats, hey arnold, etc it would be pretty redundant, kablam had multiple shows that had original concepts and styles, wich is the reason we liked it, but this could have been replaced by almost any of the other shows at the time
