Sitel din first BPO ko. Sa techno point Pasig yung site. Saang site ka po? Okay naman Sitel. Maganda training. Kaso maliit sweldo at sobrang higpit sa attendance. Pero okay naman. Been there for 1 year and 8 months. You won't regret being there kase mataas standard sa training magiging easy peasy nalang yung next BPO.
Did you try to apply thru upwork? I worked in BPO industry before and earlier this year I transitioned into a freelancer. Walang kachika and all, pede d maligo..it was huge adjustment for me as well. Pero these days, mas okay na din sa wfh kahit wlang kachika dahil sa virus.
Same local industry to BPO. Swerte ko pala kasi training palang ako kaka 1week ko lang WFH and d pa ko nakakapunta sa mismong site dahil thru zoom lang ang interview. Siguro yung pinaka alis ko lang is mag ayos ng requirements. Cheers to new experience.
