I just realized that mitsuri is probably using a modified version of her ballerina suit that she used in the hashira training arc in her fights so she can get a less restricted version if she found with regular items so a skin tight shorts instead of other means of "shorts" so she can flexmax on demons and dropped weight on everything else to twist with flow while not distracting or being disrespectful to the demons and other slayers
