I am very happy you got your money back, I had gotten something awhile back for a cosplay on eBay the picture didn't match I got my money back and a friend helped me find a good place to get it so it worked out in the end, but this is helpful for people to know and be more careful when getting things online so I want to thank you hope you the real bag one day

I’m glad you got your money back I’m so sorry you got scammed. I remember a few years back I bought a wig for my Madam Red cosplay from eBay not really knowing much about the website because I was still new to cosplay and I bought it because it was cheap. Not only was it too small for my head you could see the wig cap there were barely any wefts on the wig itself and it was very very shiny. I left a terrible review and the seller kept messaging me asking me to please leave a good review cause their business depends on it. I eventually got my money back I had to go through eBay and not the seller but definitely learned my lesson after that.
I'm so sorry you had to go through all that but at least it happened really early on so you didn't have to keep making the same mistake. Sellers can be so aggressive and it's not cool at all. I'm glad Ebay got you your money back in the end though!
Thank you for sharing this. I found one on eBay for $55, vs $80 on Amazon. I’m aware the heart logo on the plate generally indicates it’s from before Funko, but my eBay one is really misshapen, the metal plate pushes into the pocket, which makes the top of the pocket wonky. So I also bought the one from Amazon to compare, and I have a lot of Loungefly backpacks, so if my eBay one isn’t fake, it’s got an awful lot of bad flaws. The entire front is crooked in several spots, the V’s (Thank you, I had not noticed that, only that something looked off).
Interestingly, the horns were a little nicer on the fake in some ways, and they aren’t annoying to get around like the real one. But otherwise it’s a mess. The color is darker, squishy, no nice texture.
Oh no that sucks. I noticed the horns were off right away. For the price it's a decent fake but they shouldn't be selling them as authentic.

@@JustyB , It has released. It's sold out online but in stores. If you're near a Boxlunch you might want to run in and check. We did a video for it. I didn't notice from the online pictures how pretty and shimmery the gold is on the new bag.

I legit think mine is real but some stuff like the front circles and the green texture are similar to the “fake” one. Plus, mine is the old version one. However, mine is legit from the KAWAII x Disney physical store. At least, on my country, every single legitimate Loungefly bag back is plain regarding to texture.

Very shady!! They have a perfect positive review ranking but now I just wonder how many were forced to get money back for something and how many are actually legit. Either way, not trustworthy!

I just found that exactly bag in a popular e-commerce from my country but I doubt about I didn’t know what but I knew something was different and let me tell you the price was really high. I’m I didn’t fall.

There are real loungefly on Amazon yes! I’ve been successful there and so have other people I know. Just pay attention to reviews and prices and you should be okay!

They are authorized. If you go to LF they have videos and such of their retailers. But customer service at PALM is effing awful
They are a certified reseller for loungefly. Pink a la mode, box lunch, merchventures are all certified resellers
They don’t want you to send it back because they don’t want you to have their address.
