Hi, thanks for making your videos. I’ve watched a few now and I love how explicit with your verbal instructions you are. I appreciate that you explain some of the exceptions. Very helpful.... I’m wondering, could you provide more details about how to chasse across the floor? In class, my instructor’s assistant has noted that my front leg isn’t brushing across the floor at all... like I’m dégage-ing with my foot very near the ground until I step on it, jump, and bring my feet together in the air before landing on the back leg again with a low dégage in front. I get that I’m missing the plie/foot slide, but I think I’m struggling to understand the weight shift from one leg to the other across the floor.
I have now watched three completely different versions of this move whether they're going forward or sideways
Please make more videos. Your videos are very helpful to beginners like me. Thank you!
