    I doubt that Marco uses stock cubes in professional cooking. He says that he uses it as a seasoning paste, but all the Knorr recipes are intended for the home cook...and I wouldn't want to cook my own stock, and buying it? Good stock here in Germany is about 3-5 Euro per glass (about 400-500ml).

    You cannot just generate a stock instantly, that's not how a stock works.

    roux brothers are awesome, but having said that, there very strictly classical, michel roux side steps a bit, but to do it there way u gotta be very serious , and thats fair enough,
