Hello, I am in the process of working through your Apex/Ninja Trader Video. I have Rithmic Pro open and when I select Apex under “Connection” and I get the following message, “Please check your account connection parameters and internet connection.(Login Failed). My internet connection is good and I have triple checked my connection. Can you please help me? Thank you
I have one evaluation account at apex 50k. In RTrader at the end there is column named "Auto Liguidate Max Min account balance" It says 5300. Can you please tell me what does it means? Also what is the way to communicate with you ?

In the main control center where you see you trade P&L, you can click executions/positions/orders/log to see all details. skip to 27:47 and you will see those settings at the bottom left of the screen.

NOTE: you cannot connect between 5-6 pm Eastern Time Mon-Fri, as well on Saturday and Sundays when market is closed!!!!

My NinjaTrader doesn't show my apex account but only the sim account. I see on yours you have both accounts and the sim account on yours.
