Reseller make quick profit, not scared of consumer courts. Govt has no proactive intention to protect consumer rights against unethical business conduct. When citizens are willing to adopt good ways to compost garden waste, Govt of India lacks the willingness to control quality of products & services. Consumers are loosing hard earned money
