I'd REALLY like for you guys to watch the original The Drug In Me and then watch The Drug In Me Reimagined in the same video. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the reimagined video its great, and Ronnie is just getting better and better with the songs he makes. It takes a great artist to put many different styles of music together the way he does in my opinion. I also love that he puts his daughter Willow in some of his videos as well.

I hated Falling In Reverse back when they were post punk emo. But lately Ronnie has been killing it. The Drug In Me Reimagined is truly beautiful.

The thing is that, as they said, Ronnie is opening doors to a new genre consolidation. The problem is that Ronnie is Ronnie, and everyone else is everyone else. There won’t be many people who can rap, write their own lyrics, compose the band, organize the video with the producers, and still leave people trying to solve the puzzle pieces he is laying down.
Dare I say Ronnie is the Eminem of whatever this genre that he’s created is. People will try to copy Ronnie and Falling in Reverse and he will do it bigger, better, and harder than anyone.
The trilogy is this video, followed by Losing My Life, and finally Drugs. Also if you want to hear Ronnie Radke's early career check the first two albums by Escape The Fate. I'm sure you can grab a tracklist for them somewhere.
It's only the first album for ETF the album is called "Dying Is Your Latest Fashion"
After you finish the trilogy you wanna hear flow and mash ups of different sounds. Champion and rolling stoned are a must

Hey Guys fantastic reaction! I love how hooked you are and the breakdown you give! and the fact that you've started the triolgy!! You're going to have so much fun with it! Ronnie is such a fantastic song writer. When you do more for falling in reverse, pleeeease be sure to do the drug in me is you, THEN, the drug In me reimagined. As it's a remake Ronnie did for his fans, and watching the original first will let you appreciate the remake so much more imo ♡. He is crazy talented. He was originally in the band Escape the Fate, which he was a co-founder of and he ended up in prison for a couple years from a probation violation. When I believe, (dont quote me on any of this, def do a deep dive like you mentioned) he got kicked from the band and while he was in prison he wrote most of his FIR songs. He and the old band are cool again now, but they weren't for a while.

The lead singer Ronnie used to be a part of a band Escape the Fate. After Ronnie went to Prison for 2 and a half years, he left ETF and he started Falling In Reverse. Aka, after prison, he “picked himself up”, hence the name :)
For that matter, on the controversial side, he was charged with battery in connection to a murder. He has allegations of sexual assault and domestic abuse as well. Additionally, he threw a mic stand into a his audience, injuring two people.

about your question why Ronnie is polarizing. I don't know everything about him but I listen to his music since 10 years now and in my words I would say he just doesn't give a shit what people think, is a very strong personality. he went to prison and thrown out of his old band escape the fate, then made a comeback with falling in reverse, they got even bigger. i guess he always liked to provoke and stick out even back in the days. he was on drugs for years, he's done some crazy shit in his lifetime and he is hated by a lot of people. just look at his older stuff.... like situations or the drug in me. he looks completely different then too. the thing is that he used to be pretty emo and emo kids are not very accepted in the heavier metal or hardcore scene, so that might also be a reason he got hated a bit. if you wanna listen to another great song get into alone from a few years back, it's also got rap and got a good beat!

He’s polarizing because of his past. People can’t seem to let go of things that happened a long time ago no matter how much he seems to have changed. They ignore anything good he has done. If you watch his livestream he seems to have genuinely changed in my opinion. It’s not surprising that he was a different person at the start of his career given he was on drugs before going to prison. People take what happened when he went to prison and make it seem like he murdered someone, which he didn’t obviously or he would’ve gotten a lot more than 5 years probation which turned into 2 years in prison when he violated probation by failing a drug test. They say he beat his girlfriend, he says she made it up and called the cops to get revenge on him for breaking up with her, which you can hear about in their song Bad Girls Club. Obviously I wasn’t there so I won’t speculate on what actually happened. People often twist his words to make him seem like a bad person, especially when he posts on Twitter, and he has said some stupid things. He threw a mic stand into the crowd at a show and it hit a girl, it wasn’t out of malice, it was just a dumb decision and the girl wasn’t seriously injured. A girl accused him of sexual assault, there was no evidence of assault and he filed a defamation lawsuit against her and won. Some people are just not happy that their sound has changed throughout the years. If you listen to their discography you’ll find every album has a different sound. Basically it became popular to hate him, hence Popular Monster. Some people that have become fans have said they hated him and didn’t even know why other than their friends did so they did.

Ok so I love your videos this is only my second video and you just got a subscriber. So Basically Ronnie a long time ago started the Punk band "Escape The Fate" later he was arrested for allegedly beating his girlfriend. When he got out a good friend of his picked him up from prison and they started "Falling In Reverse" Ronnie has for a very long time struggled with drugs cocaine andmeth and stuff. "Falling In Reverse" started as a emo punk band. You know the long green hair and and neon colors rock. Well he now has a daughter named Willow and she was the girl at the end of the popular monster video. He has said multiple times that she is his only life line and without her he would still be on the drugs. Please read this. I also want to say just recently the guitar player for "Falling In Reverse" and his friend who picked him up from jail all those years ago just recently passed away. Please read this. Continue with the trilogy because it talks about his struggles then visit some old songs.

You have to listen to his lyrics, all of ronnies songs are telling a story about his life, each song is a different part of his life from where he was at and how far he has come, beyond talented and owns his music and genre.
Tech n9ne has done songs with the Serj the lead singer of System Of A Down, Jonathan Davis the lead singer of Korn and Corey Taylor the lead singer of Slipknot who raps and has a very good flow on that track. Definitely worth listening and reacting to. I think you'd both add all thre of those songs to your personal playlists! I enjoy watching you guys dig and appreciate the metal music, keep up the good work! 🤘🤘
He's "polarizing" because he's been in a lot of controversies because of past mistakes and actions. He's been to jail, did drugs, cheated on his ex when she was pregnant, and overall is very crass that might come off as rude. Used to have beef with his former band, but that's cleared up. He's owned up to all his shit and works to better himself every day.
And that's not even covering his musically prowess. Lots of stuff. You either love him or hate him
Im glad you like FIR. they have come soo far from where they started. Another band in the genre with massive growth and change is Bring me the Horizon. IMO these are to two bands that are the most innovative in the 'mainstream' rock/hard rock genre.
