@@alicecobley9572 Face mask are compulsory on planes but the added face shields aren't always. I know a few airlines have been giving them to their passengers but so many only require a face mask.

i come from germany and we have such a different university system in contrast to the usa. you continue to live in your apartment or house, go to college during the day and go home in the evening. you don't move in there directly. I'd love to swap places with one of you!
It’s only necessary for freshman to move in, but other grades can too. Other than that, you Can live wherever you want

@@mad.elynek2538 not at all universities though. My university didn't require freshman to live on campus and a lot of people going there commute. It would have been a useless added expense to live on campus when I could just go home since I was close enough. It was mainly people who loved too far or were out of state students who lived on campus.

At this point I want to go to a college that I don’t have to fly bc I don’t want to worry about bringing stuff but then you said you shipped stuff and that just makes so much more sense than me thinking of how I would fit it all in suitcases😂😂😂

Hey I was wondering what residence that is because I am going to be attending UT in the fall and I loved the layout of your dorm and I have been trying to find which residence hall that is but on the UT residence hall site the pictures are so old and all the videos I look up on UA-cam they all look different than yours. Those lofted beds!!! Not too high.
Back when I was a college student in a dorm room, I didn’t want a lofted bed because it was too high, like as high as a top bunk bed.

Leanne Scarlett ah ok, seems strange to me as we don’t do that at UK uni’s but we don’t share rooms so that’s probably why we don’t have to lift the beds up because we don’t need as much storage underneath

How do you ship it there? Do u have the address of ur dorm before moving so u can move it? And when u ship it does it ships directly to your dorm with the correct place? Also when u get into a college, do they ask if u need a dorm? Sorry if I ask to much bc I’m cared for my future n I don’t have anyone to teach me. Anyone, can someone help me?
idk about the other stuff, but when you apply to college, and are accepted, they usually have housing applications that come soon after, you apply to dorms, what type/building, roommate details. am that kind of stuff. if you need one when eve time comes you apply for one at the college! it does cost though, so if close enough to home some people will just commute every day.

If anyone is looking to make some extra money while in college, you should try out the mobile app PICKL. It pays its users $5 to take pictures of products in grocery stores. It's very fun and easy to do. As a former college student, I would always use it while I went to shop for groceries when I needed to cook.
