LAMB BIRYANI RECIPE

Ingredients:
Lamb - 800gr
Garlic paste-2 tbsp
Ginger paste- 1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
Biryani masala- 1 tsp
Sindhi biryani masala-2 tsp
Plain yoghurt- 3 Tbsp
Fried onion- 1 cup
Salt to taste
Mix well

In the pressure cooker add 3 tbsp of ghee and cook the meat
3 Cups basmati rice
3Eggs
2 Big pototoes
To cook the rice:
2 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
2 bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick
3 green chillies
10 Black pepper
5 Cloves
4 cardamom
For the color:
Some saffron threads
pinch of yellow food color
Chopped coriander and mint
