Yes, there is! It's just to the left of the Red Teleporter button. Look for the white button that goes with the inverse teleporter. It should be practically right beside the other teleporter button
Type "view monitor" on the terminal, it brings up the radar on the screen. It's easier to see than standing and watching it on the regular screen at the front of the ship. Type "switch" to switch between players on the map, or you can type their name. I find it fastest to copy "switch" and then just CTRL+V (paste) it super quick to switch between my homies. Much easier to turn off turrets/landmines or open/close doors when you can see the radar from the terminal you're typing from :) Hope this helps, goodluck!
The inverse teleporter will teleport anyone that is standing in it, so you can fit all 4 of your crew in there at once. Warning though, it will also teleport dead bodies back inside :P

Everytime I use I get in a room without exit, is this normal?? Or theres a exit that I didnt find?
That's just bad luck, to be honest. It can teleport you on top of a landmine, in front of a turret, stuck in the wall, and in a locked room.

Nope, you can use it as many times as you can, but it does have a few minute cooldown between button presses.
