You can imagine how this song reduced Army to a puddle when everything was so unsettled in 2022 …with the ending of Festa 2022 the guys were going through things and clearly upset and with enlistment looming and the media turning it into a disbanding rumor…Army was a mess and so emotional for awhile …but now they’ve released solo works and have renewed their contract…Army/BTS in it for the long haul💜💜💜
Exactly this, it was so loaded with so much...we were so worried about what the future would hold, how it would actually be.... this song coming alongside 'Yet to be' as well. It partially felt like a goodbye which it kind of was as we've said bye for now as they each enter the military alongside a promise.....of being with us for the rest of their lives. It was quite confusing at first too..... we just had to put all our trust in them as always. Then chapter 2 started to untold and personally for me Suga was the most comforting during this time and gave me so much hope along with Jimin for 2025. During their Busan concert, their last, they sung this and Jimin was so visibly emotional, RM and Jhope helped him through it with supportive looks and arms. I bet it was emotional for them all. It's a special song and when they performed it at the music shows it was very poignant and at the FACT music awards.......

Initially Jin was down to go into the military in the summer but they convinced him to hold off until after Busan so then in theory the music shows would have been the goodbye from him. Jhope was already preparing his album etc so much was going on behind the scenes and it was still being worked out. We now know Jimin was struggling massively mentally up until the Las Vegas concerts. They tried to protect us so much but not fully knowing their full picture themselves. We are so lucky!

Grammy did not nominate them for anything and did not even have a KPop category, which they have had in past years. They are really sending a message that they want nothing to do with BTS because they don't play the game in the music industry and, therefore, the music industry doesn't make money off of BTS. This is where ARMY can shine and be there for the guys showing love and support to them and reminding them that they don't need a Grammy. They are the best in our eyes.

I know you usually don't do ballads. And I wasn't, really, before discovering them. But the gorgeous voice colors for each of them, not to mention the rap line rap-singing, and the vocal line's voice combinations have truly altered my view of ballads.
