Semi Auto Clay Brick Factory Automation Upgrade Robot Stack Saving 50 Workers

This video shows our customer's brick factory automation upgrade.
Before the upgration: customer adopt electric bike and manual stacking the drying rack. During the loading and unloading the wet bricks, it need lots and workers and the wet bricks are easily deformed or damaged.
After the upgration, the bricks are stacked by a robot onto wooden pallets. Then one worker drives the forklift and transport the brick stack onto drying area.
This upgrade remains the original production process, saves unnecessary costs, and saves 50+ workers.
