This is the Roma - Civitacastellana - Viterbo line. Build in 1900s as a tramway and rebuild as railway in 1932. Along the line, many kilometers has original tramway catenary still. Departure station in Rome is Piazzale Flaminio, near Via del Corso. Double track till Montebello (near the Flaminio cemetery) and the rest is a single track. Is one of worst italian railroad to service, means e timing.
Here in Italy we don’t have much money so…. There aren’t people that clean trains, walls…… I’M ITALIAN I’m sad that this country is so poorly maintained
@@Gio.Tha.Face1 I am spanish, and the situation here is almost like in Italy. No, it's not that there's enough money, what happens if that political corruption (specially in mediterranean countries like Spain and Italy) is so big, all what I know about Italy is that south is very poor ruled by a mafia, meanwhile north is where the industry (in decline) is.
This is the Roma-Civita Castellana, consistently ranked as the worst railway line in Italy. Renovations have started a few years ago to turn it into subway line F, so it should look far better when they finish in a few years.
Even the new train in this video is not the newest I’ve seen. The new ones have big windows, LED lights and air conditioner and it still makes too much noise.

Superb Video! Thumbs Up! 👍👍👍
Have a nice Weekend
Do the Romans know that Graffiti is out of style? This reminds me of the 80’s
Italy is old and living in the past

Yes because no one does graffiti in other countries🤨😑

Now's gotte be about the best time there ever was to film a horror movie on the underground.
4:18 That's weird, the steps drop even though it's a level platform?
Because some stations I believe have no level platform which the doors are already equipped with steps
3:44 These doors are also old fashioned ones. The new ones have big windows and shinny colors
Why are there drawings and graffitis all over the old train? If the doors weren’t scary enough, the drawings will make it even scarier
I love this railway
it has some special vibes
Rode this train 1 stop to Euclid and having lived in NYC riding thier subway, this was scarier.
Finally a different train in this video that looks much better

Interesting and atmospheric city railway

What?
In a fun park you had to wait like 30 minutes until you could take a ride into the Tunnel of Horror.
Just focussing on the positive aspect...
Beautiful my friend excellent like super favorite cool nice video stay connected adorei videos treno.
You know what? The company that own this railway (COTRAL) bought new trains that will enter in service in december 2024
1:42 looks like a new train. Is it?
This is considered new for Rome's standards?
@@idkmyname7211 wow. I never got to ride that nor the older one when i visited rome in 2015
The train is built in 2000 for suburban configuration
