Hi, I went to menya sho at Nishishinjuku this evening to try out one of the best ramen while in Tokyo, I REGRETTED my decision. There was this guy who was preparing the noodles, actually sneezed 4 times and was not wearing a mask. This was not the worst, he was picking his nose and quickly stopped when he realized I was looking at him. Then there were 2 other female staff, 1 was openly handling raw pork in front of me and another male customer (there were very few customers at that time), she was getting rid of the fats of the pork and throw from into a big pot behind her (maybe the broth of the noodle?), not even appreciating that there were customers sitting in front of her and I have to sanitized my bag after I left the place. The other female staff was maybe handling raw meat and/or cooked meat. None of them wearing a surgical mask. THIS IS SUCH A SHAME for such a highly tabelog rated restaurant, I did not finish the noodle and regretting of not stepping out of the restaurant and demand my 1200yen back instead of eating this noodle. Felt sick afterwards. I wonder if you put this word out thru your channel, as the restaurant staff js definitely not prioritizing hygiene in food preparation and this is very bad to people who paid but eating food not prepared in the best possible way. This definitely change my perception of Japanese ramen. Apologies for such a long winded message. Thank you

Blue bottle 其實是奧克蘭(Oakland ),舊金山灣區起家的咖啡，不知道為什麼會在日本這麼紅。那個白色的杯子我們這邊(舊金山灣區)也有賣耶。剛剛查了一下真的這個杯子又叫Kiyosumi,真的源自清澄白河的設計，好酷，學到了，謝謝分享！
