I often use AMACO vintage gold, however if you want a perfect gold finish it is best to use luster. In this case I covered it with gold glaze but it showed up very dark and the decision was made to cover the inner surface with gold sheets.

I used white architectural clay (stoneware). On average, the project takes about two weeks. During the process, I carefully wrap the work in plastic film and maintain the leather hard state until the work is completely ready.

​@@basaltlineceramics7105thanks. I usually use luster, but it only goes to a very low temperature. 750°C approximately and it shines fabulously. However, the drawback is its toxicity. And on the inside this would not only cost a fortune to cover but you also would have to use a mask and a very good extraction system to draw away the fumes. But leaf gold is a great option too. So thanks for passing on your knowledge. 😊❤
