I ordered a laptop from Alienware, I agree their customer service is absolutely horrible, bunch of clowns that have no idea what they are doing or what is happening. At this point I don't even know if I'm going to be getting a laptop or not lol... guess we will see. I'll likely never order from the dell website again.
I repasted two laptops so far. It’s totally not worth doing unless the laptop is super old. It decreases temps for a few days then it gets right back up.The temps only lower maybe 5 or 6 degrees.Intel are just hot running cpus.You’re better off using throttlestop to undervolt and lower the turbo boost clocks to like 3.5 ghz.
use intel xtu to undervolt and get a cooling pad to reduce temps. nice review, make sure to mention the mux switch in the 144hz gsync panel, thats how ur getting 4-5 hrs battery, use external monitor to bypass optimus for better gaming performance, cheers :)
I got a msi laptop with a gtx 3070 16gb of ram 550 ish ssd and this computers total space is like 980gb which is a total monster! I like Alienware but this computer just blew Alienware outta the water
