I come across this channel about buddhism. I don’t know but after I watched your videos, I became more relaxed, I’m now more patient towards my parents (I’m always angry about them before), I’m more accepting towards problems and things I cannot control. so, maybe I am applying buddhism ways in my christian religion. Buddha saves lives teaching us the way, which is dhamma. He, himself told that he is not a lifesaver. Its us, who is saving our lives (understanding the reality of the life), using his teachings. We have to see through the life with mindfulness and understand the reality, how uncertain the future and impermenance...

Mindfulness is to be aware in this present moment. Mindfulness is like a gatekeeper, mindful of what comes in and out. Mindfulness has four areas. Be aware of my body, feelings, thoughts and ideas.
Both sorrow and joy are temporary. Its a result of interaction with Mind and Matter.... .Mind is nothing but a chatterbox which consistently plays information stored in the Hard Disc.....it will either take us in the past or in fraction take us in the future....not easy to tame the Monkey mind but with constant practice of Mindful Meditation, our awareness levels of remaining in the present moment increases and remain calm while witnessing that this is the only reality......no person, place, thing or situation.....everything is within us....listen to the sound of silence ❤

In Last march,, I had completed 10 days vipasana course. During the course mind became so serene. After that, in real life setting, it is quite challenging to remain calm and peaceful 😊
