Nieuw Amsterdam: Lido Market Buffet Food Tour (Holland America)

The Lido Market Restaurant Buffet on the Holland America Nieuw Amsterdam is located on Deck 9 Aft, toward the back of the ship. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night snacks and serves a wide variety of foods.
The Distant Lands station features dishes from around the world, such as crepes, sushi, and pasta. The Homestead station features traditional buffet items. The Wild Harvest station features made-to-order omelets in the morning and made-to-order salads at other times. The Breadboard station features many varieties of grains and a carving station. And the Sweet Spot station features a large selection of desserts.
Signs posted in the Distant Lands station indicated gluten-free items are available upon request.

Thank you, I am going on July 2021 and yes, I am one of those who loves to eat. Silly question is it correct you have to pay for coffee? We were reading on their website, and it says that coffee and sodas are extra

Basic coffee is free in the buffet and main dining rooms. You only have to pay for specialty coffees.
