- I got the video from a FOIA request about stealing from anyone. Also, the purpose of the video was to educate the viewer to follow all the traffic and state rules. Unfortunately, I cannot get the GPS or other information when I uphold it from the file they sent me. 2 TVI performed. I do not know what causes this pursuit

Charles Powell Odom was charged with the following violations in regards to this video: driving while license cancelled/suspended/revoked, no seat belt, improper lane change/usage, fleeing - vehicle or conveyance - exceeding the speed limit, failure to register vehicle - expired tags, reckless driving, speeding more than 15mph over limit, and following too close. Mr. Odom has also been charged with the following offense(s) within the last ten years:
- hot check < $1,000 - 1st offense
- failure to appear on class c misdemeanor (FTA)(3x)
- contempt of court for failure to pay fines
- no seat belt
- following too closely
Mr. Odom was also charged for failure to register as a sex offender in 2023, in regards to a sexual assault (2nd degree) charge he picked up while living in Pine Bluff in 2005. Check out the Arkansas Sex Offender Registry for more information.

Very common, called the Toe Nail Spike Strip.
I've noted this lately, I've broken my foot before and no amount of anything is worth breaking your foot. It will remind you every moring, noon, and night for the rest of your life that you broke it.

Knowing I can walk away from them.

ASP requires their cars to have workign camera displays that indicate location, speed, ASP Officer's info and their devices used to demonstrate they were trying to stop them. This is indicated by the "Brake/Mike/Lights/Siren" you see at the bottom. If they don't have this display, they can be held liable for damages and injuries.
The video is edited to remove the original stuff required and the editor is attempting to make his older videos look legitimate.
To Police Pursuits, we love your series, but you are now falsely editing the stuff we love to see. If it's a slow time for new videos, we understand. Please stop modifying your older stuff for profit.

Well that piggy let his adrenaline and ego get the better of him. Crashed his cruiser when he could have easily performed another TVI. The trooper said screw the tax payers, I want this guy!!!!
