I thought for sure the countertop was going to be a dry pour, but l love the butcher block what a great contrast. I am glad you did not slip on the cabinets with sandals while staining. The ending with the sunset on the lake made me appreciate the beauty of nature. I always went out on the boat at sunrise for coffee while the kids were still sleeping to enjoy my time to relax and get ready for my day of remodeling at the lake property. I miss those relaxing times before the fun times with crooked walls and falling thru the floor at the beginning, now looking back like you guys we all can appreciate the fruits of our labor. I used to do that same thing in the morning with my coffee.. but id be kayaking.. it was so wonderful, and I hope to get back into that routine someday! @@TheLiFeInPines Yah that is weird. He would literally tremble if he had to jump down from anything or negotiate stairs. I was a nurse for 13 years before going back to college for information system. Been in IT now for over 20 years.

Thank you! The heatwave never stays long! Hopefully it cools down a little for you! They are SO cute and I know it's going to be a very sad day when we have to say goodbye to them. Luckily, we are keeping one! That is so odd that your dog was afraid of heights! Never heard of that! Our older dog is scared of fireworks, campfires and of course, thunderstorms.. we always know when one is coming b/c he starts acting all anxious!
Ted is the Lead CT Tech of the radiology department at our local hospital.
No, this microwave just has the charcoal filter. Definitely not our favorite, but had to make do with what we had.
@@TheLiFeInPines Yah that is weird. He would literally tremble if he had to jump down from anything or negotiate stairs. I was a nurse for 13 years before going back to college for information system. Been in IT now for over 20 years.
Oh wow! So do you ever miss nursing or is IT just more your thing?
How did you vent your microwave?
The microwave has an internal charcoal vent so there wasn’t a need to vent it outside (optional).
You might want to put electrical tape or some plastic ring in that microwave plug hole to prevent rubbing with metal and cord over the years. Potential fire hazard.
We do have a grommet for it! Just haven’t installed it yet. We plan on doing that asap!
