- Hola chicos, les doy la bienvenida a mi nuevo show en youtube. Se llama THE ALEJO ´S SHOW y en él voy a estar hablando 100 % en inglés con diferentes invitados.

Congradulations for the interview Mr. Lopera. His former but awesome teacher is great. I see that she was (and still) a wonderful person to you (and your former other classmates, of course). Both of you are right about something: Grammar, writing and reading are important, but, listening, pronunciation speaking are important as well. Because is these nowdays, English and a lot of other languages more, because It is required for working life as a personal. For that reason your classes have helped us a lot just like her classes helped you. Blessings.

Respecto a la parte que comentan, sobre practicar inglés, pueden averiguar en sus ciudades o pueblos si existen academias de inglés y participar en sus clubes conversacionales, es una excelente forma de romper el hielo, conocer personas y practicar en diferentes niveles en inglés, encontrarán algunos gratuitos otros pagos. De alguna manera hay que hacer una mínima inversión, en gastos en transporte, internet, energía etc... Otra manera es buscar chats en inglés (google) hacer amigos y entablar conversaciones en inglés ya en privado por whatsapp. Saludos.

19:30 tiene mucha razón en decir que los profesores a uno lo forzan a hablar en inglés en frente de los compañeros, y uno se siente muy avergonzados. Mi experiencia cuando tenía 10 años de edad, mi profesora de inglés me dijo que tradujera manzana que es apple, pero yo pronuncié "eipol" en lugar de "apol", fue ahí cuando ella me dijo "siéntate que no tienes ni idea del idioma y jamás lo aprenderás". Me senté y me sentí muy avergonzada. Mi escuela tenía la opción de escoger el francés y me olvidé del inglés.
Años después tuve que venir a USA sin ni si quiera una frase del idioma, y poco a poco me obligué a estudiar el idioma, y hoy por hoy puedo decir que lo hablo y entiendo casi en su totalidad, lo escribo bastante bien, y lo hablo fluido.
Cómo me encantaría ver a esa maestra y "agradecerle" ese desprecio, porque por tal razón ahora tengo 3 idiomas: español, francés, e inglés! Sí se puede 💪
I really love to speak in English, but I worked a lot to achieve it. Even that I have a good level of the language I keep studying and listening videos like yours Alejo. Keep doing this podcast, they are a very good source to know how fluent we are listening, and speaking too 👍
