Her 3rd skill is there for echo burst turns, not that you can't keep it up forever, it's just that ougi+nuke memes are way more viable if you're using her.
@Andhika Yunanto its actually hurt her alot since its clashed with her other skill, also she is one of character that really need constant ougi since her base skill has long ass CD and she need ougi to make it shorter. if you use her 3rd skill, theres no way you can ougi with her, and the effect from her 3rd skill doesnt do much compared with spaming her other skill
